  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 3 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 15.5 oz. can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • ¼ tsp. cumin
  • 1 tbsp. water

  • Combine ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
